1.- Look at the word List atthe back of the book.
a. Find five words for people.
  • housekeeper
  • governess
  • master
  • servant
  • naughty
b. find four words that can describepeople or things
  • dreaful
  • goodness
  • innocent
  • wicked
c. find two words for doing things
  • at once
  • forward
d. find one word for a strong feeling
  • anger

2.- Comple the sentences with words from the Word List.
  • It was very dark so I lit a CANDLE
